Rand a former music promoter, took a thirty-year hiatus from the entertainment business to start a property management and consulting firm. Comments Rand, "Now is a very exciting time in the world of music. Dramatic changes in how we acquire and listen to new music are taking place on a daily basis. Arrival Records is excited about these changes and will work to bring the listener new and easy opportunities to find the music they are looking for."
